Glad to know that other moms get overwhelmed http://samstermommy.blogspot.com/2011/01/mommy-pills.html I'm not taking any medication, and I think I'll make it without needing something. However, I completely understand what she's saying. Read the comments, too! One of the first comments mentions how most moms today don't have the support that our grandmothers had. I hadn't really thought of that. Amen.
Christy said this:
I've decided/realized that getting out of the house on my own REALLY cheers me up, so I'm having sitters visit us more often, and it's good for everyone.
Amen, again.
You can read more of her wisdom here.

Despite having zero time to sew, I went on a mini-buying spree a couple of weeks ago buying three new patterns (one for a tunic for me:) I keep telling myself that one of these days very soon, I'm going to have a bit of time to sew. When I do, wouldn't these elephants be fun?
I've noticed I have a thing for elephant prints.

So, I'm still here, just having a hard time finding time to blog, clean, sew, and the like :) I'll try not to be a such a stranger around here.

Yay! So happy to see you back here. I REALLY want to learn to sew - you're so inspiring. Sorry to hear it's a harder adjustment than from 1-2. That's scary! Ugh! Hope you have a fab weekend, and hope to see you again real soon!
PS - I'm blushing. Wisdom?! Hehehe.
You have had a few other things to think about:) Welcome back to the blogosphere!
Gasp! Did you buy this fabric?! It's adorable!
Thank you for the blog link. I think back on the first YEAR or so of A's life and it had me crying. Shew, it's so hard and so not talked about. I have a couple unposted blog posts about it, but feel just too embarassed to bring it up. I've often wondered about the support. I know that I have a few very close friends who would be very supportive, but still I haven't brought it up much, even to you. I think it's so easy to get caught up thinking that everyone else's lives are perfect and peaceful.
8 kids?! Wow.
Nice to see you back! I love the elephant print.
Christy- you so deserve it! You are wise beyond your years :)
Tasha & Ruth- Thank you!
Mel- I don't have that fabric, just saw it in a catalog they send to my home (aka teasing me). Must start sewing fabric before buying it!
