It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown
A few posts back, I mentioned that we read this book when Halloween is coming. I just saw that it's being shown on ABC Tuesday October 28 at 8:00 Eastern/7:00 Central. Charlie Brown is definitely not PC (there's a lot of blockheads, stupids, etc.), but we like it! So thought I'd put it up here in case anyone was interested in tuning in!

Hooray, hooray! Thanks for the heads up. That'll be my 2nd viewing this season and I'm sure I'll love it just as much as the first!
Old school favorites are exempt from PC expectations. At least that the way I justify it.
Kate, you're right. The classics are exempt! I enjoy the old stuff so much more than all the new PC nicey-nicey stuff these days (I know that makes me sound horrible!). I can't wait to drag out all the VHS tapes of the Christmas classics we recorded when I was little (I love the crackle of the old tape as much as the videos themselves I think)!
